EVISORYA MALL

Can anybody put up a virtual shop in  your EVISORYA MALL?

Yes.  A non-internet based enterprise who would wish to sell/display their products online can have their items shown and sold in the EVISORYA MALL page. Their items can be purchased by means of credit card, BANCNET and GLOBE GCASH. They can even display their own logo.

SHIPPING

Do you ship in different parts of the world aside from the US?
Yes.  As long as our reputable courier services can deliver, we are able to ship our products basically in all parts of the globe. Please be advised that shipping cost is calculated based on the current rates provided by the services of our courier partners. Your billing will be automatically converted to the currency of the country where your credit card has been issued.

Why is it that Evisorya’s shipping rate is higher than other online shops?

All our products come directly from Divisoria and from our vendors and retailers here in the Philippines. We follow international shipping rates of our couriers.

How long does it take for the item/s to be delivered?
On express delivery, it will take 5-7 days. For regular postal air mail, it will take 18-21 days.

ORDERING CONCERNS

Can I order an item not listed in your website?

Yes, by all means. Please click “Request an Item” tab then describe the item you would like for us to find for you.  If possible, attach an image so that it would be easier for us to find the item. Once the item has been found we will inform you by email and make the necessary arrangements.

Do I get a receipt or confirmation regarding my order?

Yes. Once a transaction is successful a confirmation letter will be generated automatically and be sent to your email.

Can I return a defective item?

Refunds will be made within 45 days of receipt of a valid written request from the Customer to the extent funds have not already been withdrawn and/or applied to fees or other charges or purchases.
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full credit/refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Postage/delivery charge for the return will be paid for by the customer.
To make a return, send us an e-mail stating items to be returned. In your e-mail, please be sure to include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
